RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Motion Dynamics.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, most new and unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in our Return Policy: Conditions for Returns.

Returns for orders with valid proof of purchase will be reimbursed back to you no later than 14 days from the day in which we received the returned order. The refund will be processed through the same means of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) as used originally for the order.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, original shipping charges will be fully refunded. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to us. We are not held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund without proof of receipt or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, please make sure that:

  • The order was purchased in the last 30 days
  • All merchandise components are returned

The following merchandise cannot be returned if:

  • The merchandise is on SALE
  • The merchandise is customized to your specifications or has been personalized
  • The merchandise, which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned
  • The merchandise is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and was
    unsealed after delivery.
  • The merchandise, after delivery, is inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in
our sole discretion.
